I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions, explore questions of identity and uncover a sense of purpose. My approach is existential, focusing on the search for meaning and authenticity, and I bring a client-centered philosophy to each session. By meeting my clients exactly where they are, I create a safe, empathetic environment that fosters self-exploration and personal growth. I work with adult individuals and groups. Perinatal Mental Health
As both a therapist and a mother, I feel deeply connected to the perinatal journey and the profound transformation it brings. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and specialize in supporting clients through trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts of new parenthood. My own experience of becoming a parent informs my passion for this work and allows me to hold space with understanding, compassion, and respect for the complexity of this season of life. If you've found yourself in any of the below experiences, you're not alone - mental health challenges are the most common complication of childbearing in the U.S. If any of this resonates for you, I'd love to connect.

Life Transitions
As an existential therapist, I enjoy working with those navigating major life changes. These are the moments in life that invite deeper self-reflection, examination of identity, renewed meaning and reorientation. The questions that arise during times of transition (questions about purpose, belonging, direction and doubt) are deeply tied to the human experience. Major life transitions are one of the most common reasons people seek therapy. If you find yourself struggling through any of the below, existential therapy can help. Contact me to learn more.
